Set up in 1966, the West Chapter is the founding chapter of the Indo-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce & Industry and its national headquarters. Based in Mumbai, India's industrial and financial capital, it serves as the central hub for chamber-wide operations.

As the head office, the West Chapter coordinates key initiatives, flagship events, business delegations, and engagements with diplomatic missions and institutional partners across India — while also serving members based in and around Mumbai directly.
